Follow the steps to hide admin menu item for specific users in WordPress:
Phase 1 login to your wordpress admin dashboard.
Phase 2 go for plug-in section and click “Add New”
step 3 search for “User Role Editor” Plugin and click in the search box Install now Button
step 4 click on Active Button
Step::5 then go to users section in the admin panel on the left and click, “user role editor“
Step::6 Use the drop-down box to select the role you want to edit.
Step::7 In the Group column, you can choose which permissions you want to edit. You can sort by core, custom post type, and other functions of your site.
Step::8 In the second column, click the checkbox to select what capabilities the user will have.
Step::9 After selecting the capabilities, click “Updates“Button. A confirmation window will pop up.
Step::10 If you are sure that you want to edit the user role, click the “Yes” button. Now, the user will only have the permissions that you have assigned.
